Curriculum

The undergraduate accounting study program at FE UNY has a curriculum that is divided into 8 semesters. Each course is described in the Semester Learning Plan (RPS), which is a form of implementation of the Merdeka Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) curriculum. The courses are prepared by the study program curriculum development team by collecting the main studies. The courses offered are related to one another to support the achievement of Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) and the profile of the study program graduates. In addition, the undergraduate accounting study program facilitates students to mix and match theory and practice in the curriculum described in the courses.

The preparation and determination of the curriculum applied in the study program is part of the effort to achieve the graduate profile as stated in the Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL). The curriculum is designed by the curriculum development team at the study program level by formulating the main competencies and additional competencies outside the field of accounting studies to be achieved. The curriculum then contains courses and the number of semester credits that are interacted through the learning process in class.

The following is the Profile of Graduates of the Accounting Study Program.

  1. Become a Bachelor of Accounting who has technical competence and professional skills and has values, ethics and behavior that are in accordance with national and international accounting education standards to be able to contribute to the development of Indonesia and the global community.
  2. Graduates of the Accounting Study Program can work as corporate accountants, government, public accounting firms (KAP) and entrepreneurs, who can work in the fields of public accounting, management accountants, tax practitioners, developers and users of information technology, public sector accountants, sharia accountants, accounting educators , auditors (internal and external), financial analysts and consultants, accounting researchers and others.
